SPECIAL FEATURES: The proposed office building belongs to Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited, also known as IFFCO, which is the world’s largest fertilizer cooperative, the building profile reflects the lush green and the free-flowing character of nature as well as the vastness of farming land & Greenfields. Breaking the prototype rigidformal circulation system of offices, the work environment overlapped with the carefree down to earth fragrance of nature was encouraged.
The G+7 storied building with Green Spines extended from office blocks merge the carefree vastness of green field with the work environment & to provide maximum natural Green in overall 3D mass. Ground Floor Multi-level Plaza&Landscape to encourage maximum Public and Employees’ interaction, conglomeration & realm.
Green Roof top (walkway beneath) semi covered with space frame fully covered with Solar Panels to Support Alternative Energy Supply & Sustainability. Provide Maximum Ground Level Parking to accommodate necessary number of Car and Buses parking). Maximum Clear Commercial Frontage (Total 25% Max) both visually &functionally) is given.Another important aspect of this design is, it’s a 3-phase design. Only phase – 1 has been executed so far. The Prime forte of our design is – each phase is fully self-sustainable.

SPECIAL FEATURE: MMCS was the Local Architectfor Astra Towers (Prime Architect was STUP). Our role in this iconic project was local statutory Liaoning, checking & modifying the Architectural/ structural drawings as per the rules and regulations of local sanctioning authority. It was a matter of pride for us that we got the opportunity to be associated with such a prestigious project of the city up to completion.

SPECIAL FEATURE: As of now, this is in the designing stage. The site being situated at a prime node of the city, it has all the potential to be the ultimate landmark project. Breaking the rectilinear monotony, we tried to create a curvilinear architectural master piece, balancing with natural landscape which will be speak the aesthetic and technical brilliance of our team through ages.

SPECIAL FEATURES: In Saltlake sector V, especially in ‘DN’ and ‘EN’ block we have designed more than 20 similar IT/ITES office buildings. Most of these kinds of plots were allotted up to 5katha area, within this very small chunk of land achieving 5.0 F.A.R. and complying all the needs of an IT-ITES building is always a big challenge. We are doing this service of providing satisfactory fulfilment of clients needs, meeting all demands of modern IT-sector users and balancing it with a classy mark impact in skyline, successfully for last 2-3 decades.
